Rushing Trading Co., Inc. ("Rushing Trading Co.," "we," "us," or "our") operates two family-run cafés in Sugar Hill and Johns Creek, Georgia, and the website at rushingtradingco.com (the "Site"). - Information collected automatically: basic technical information such as browser type, device type, pages viewed, and approximate location, collected through standard website technologies.
- Orders: online orders are placed through third-party ordering platforms. Those platforms collect the information needed to take and pay for your order under their own privacy policies.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your questions, catering requests, and private event inquiries.
- To send you customer care and/or promotional text messages and emails, only if you have opted in.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site and our services.
- To comply with the law.
3. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site and our business, such as website hosting, customer messaging and CRM tools, online ordering, and payment processing. They may use your information only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and safety.
Mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This does not include service providers that help us deliver text messages, who may use this information only to provide that service to us.

- Program: Rushing Trading Co., Inc. Text Messaging. If you opt in, we may send customer care messages (such as replies to your inquiries, follow-ups on catering or event requests, and service announcements) and/or promotional messages (such as special offers, discounts, and event promotions), depending on the box or boxes you check.
- How to opt in: you opt in by entering your name, mobile number, and date of birth in the chat widget on rushingtradingco.com and checking one or both consent boxes. Each box is a separate consent. You may choose either or both.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not need to agree to receive texts to buy anything from us.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will receive a confirmation, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

- Carriers: wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Age-restricted content: messages that mention alcoholic beverages are intended only for people 21 years of age or older. We ask for your date of birth when you opt in to confirm your age, and we use it only for that purpose.

Terms of Service

We try to keep menus, hours, and prices accurate, but they may change without notice. Online orders are placed and paid for through third-party ordering platforms, which have their own terms. Catering and private event pricing shown on the Site is a guide; final pricing is confirmed with you directly.
4. Catering and private event inquiries
Submitting an inquiry does not create a booking. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it with you directly.

The Site's content, including text, photos, logos, and design, belongs to Rushing Trading Co., Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

The Site may link to third-party websites, including ordering platforms. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
