Rushing Trading Co. began with a single coffee cart in Norcross and a mother-daughter duo who loved making people’s mornings better. Sugar Hill is where that dream found a permanent home.

Mattie honed her craft as a barista in New York and Italy. Amber, a former photographer who had closed her own studio, joined her to build something together. For years, they poured espresso at festivals, weddings, and private events all over Atlanta, learning what makes a great cup and a warm welcome.

Today, our Sugar Hill location is where the Rushing family’s story lives. You’ll find locally sourced, globally inspired brunch, craft cocktails, and espresso made with care, all served with Southern hospitality and a Swiss-style eye for detail.

When Sugar Hill grew into a neighborhood favorite, we took what we’d learned here and opened a second Rushing Trading Co. in Johns Creek, same family, same care.
